About

A Lower Smithaming practice built for careful financial conversations

Crown Hill Advisory exists for people who want independent UK financial advice without being hurried into a product. We work with households and business owners who value clear fees, written plans, and time to decide.

Origin

Why we opened the doors

The practice began after years of watching clients leave bank appointments with new policies but little sense of how pensions, mortgages, and protection fitted together. Crown Hill was set up to slow that conversation down: gather the facts, model the cash-flow, and only then discuss whether a product change is needed.

We remain a client-facing advisory firm, not a fund manager. When implementation is required, we research the market and explain charges before you instruct us.

People

Who you will meet

Advice is delivered by people who know UK pensions, protection, and household tax wrappers — not by anonymous call centres.

Values

How we treat the relationship

Plain fees

Planning fees are quoted before recommendations are written. Implementation charges, if any, are agreed separately.

Evidence first

We model cash-flow against your stated goals before discussing funds, cover, or transfers.

Room to decline

You can take our written plan and instruct another firm — or do nothing — without a hard sell.
