Crown Hill Advisory is the data controller for personal data submitted via webanalytics.digital. Contact: hello@webanalytics.digital, 5122 Klocko Point, Lower Smithaming, England, United Kingdom, telephone +44-6-191-9386.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry or newsletter form we collect your name (where provided), email address, preferred consultation type, preferred call date, and the content of your message. Server logs may record IP address and browser type for security. Cookie data is described on our cookies page.
Why we use it
We process enquiry data to respond to your request, assess whether we can offer suitable advice, and keep records required for regulated financial services. Newsletter data is used only to send the planning notes you requested. Legal bases include steps prior to a contract, legitimate interests in operating the practice, and consent where required for optional analytics cookies.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence that does not become a client file is typically retained for up to twenty-four months. Client files are retained for periods required by UK financial services regulation and our professional indemnity obligations, often six years or longer after the relationship ends. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
International transfers
Our primary operations are in Great Britain. If a service provider processes data outside the UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with IT hosting providers, secure email services, or professional advisers under confidentiality, and with regulators or courts when legally required.
Updates
We may update this notice when our practices change. The version on this page is the current one.
